Richard J. Hartman Jr., DO, FAOAO

The Family Practice & Orthopedic Care Center, PC’s Dr. Richard J. Hartman Jr. is a board-certified surgeon who specializes in arthroscopic procedures, total hip and knee replacements, and trauma cases. He was one of the state’s first surgeons to implant long-lasting Oxinium knee replacements using a state-of-the-art surgical navigation system known as BrainLab VectorVision. 


He’s also among the first to use a minimally invasive technique for reducing tissue trauma and pain. In 2010, Dr. Hartman was awarded title of Fellow of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
