Dr Hartman is an outstanding surgeon. We had an opportunity to review his surgical cases from 2023. He scored the maximum 5 stars across all success and complication rates.

I left a 2-star review earlier today and can’t find it to update, so I’m choosing to write a new one. I was quite displeased earlier today with Dr. Carr, but to his credit and that of this organization, they made things right IMMEDIATELY. It’s nice to know that the reviews are being read and taken seriously. Doctor Carr called me and addressed all my questions and concerns; he even made a return call prior to heading home for the day. I consider this a very professional act by him and it felt good that he was hearing me. I wish it hadn’t come to me leaving a poor review, but I’m very pleased with his response and effort to make things right. I look forward to my appointment with him next week to continue the care for my knee.

I had a great experience with Ashley LoPresto PA-C, she is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. All the staff was also friendly and professional.

The office staff are professional and efficient. The nurses are friendly and thorough. Dr. Chen is simply fabulous! She is definitely an advocate of my health and wellness. I love her style and personality.

We had arthroscopic knee surgery performed by Dr. Hartman. It was the best possible experience and outcome. This practice is outstanding.

We have been going to Dr Chen and PA Ashley Lopresto for years. The incredible attention to patients concerns is why my husband's cancer was discovered early. Ashley is thorough, patient, supportive and bright. She is always willing to research options and offer natural solutions for health. In this medical climate finding medical care that is reliable and well tuned is essential.

Dr. Hartman is a highly professional and experienced orthopedic surgeon. I am most confident in his ability to diagnose and treat all orthopedic issues, including those for my family. As an attorney and daughter of an oncologist, my expectations for physicians are very high. I can attest that Dr. Hartman is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon that has my utmost confidence and recommendation.

The physicians, PA's, and staff at the office are GREAT! Awesome customer service with excellent care and professionalism. My entire family goes here and I would highly recommend this office for all orthopedic, physical therapy, and family practice needs.

My Middle Son had A Clavicle repair surgery Today and I am very pleased with Dr Hartman and his Team they may sure my Boy felt comfortable surgery was a success and hoping for a speedy recovery.

Would highly recommend. Everyone was great. They listen to what you have to say on how your feeling. Very friendly and helpful. The staff go way beyond what you would expect.

After being told there’s nothing wrong with me it’s all in my head and being told they will not help me I made an appointment to see Dr. Chen she and her nurse are absolutely amazing they both dove into helping me without any hesitations! And doubts.! I once again have faith that I will get answers here very soon.

Didnt have to wait long time to be called back, and didnt have long wait in examination room either...I would come back and do it again.
